Any purchase made on this website constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect on the date the order is placed will apply. If any part of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, in whole or in part, the rest of the terms will remain unaffected.
If either party does not enforce any clause of these T&Cs, or tolerates its non-performance, whether temporarily or permanently, this shall not be seen as a waiver of rights under that clause.
Ordering Process
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You must either create a customer account or fill in an order form with your personal details.
After creating an account, you’ll receive an email with your username and password to access your personal area. These login details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone else. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of your login details or order information.
You must follow the ordering process: enter delivery and billing details, select delivery methods, review the summary page with product details, references, quantities, unit prices, total prices, and finally confirm and pay for your order.
The order date is considered to be the date of payment, provided your email address is entered correctly.
Products
All information and features of the products sold on the site, including photos and illustrations, are for guidance only. Unless otherwise stated, all products sold are new and comply with current European legislation and applicable international standards.
Available products are those shown as in stock on the site at the time of ordering, subject to availability. We commit to fulfilling orders within our stock limits. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you promptly with an updated availability estimate.
We reserve the right to remove any product from the website at any time.
Product Pricing, Delivery Charges & Payment Terms
Prices are shown on the product description pages and do not include taxes, customs duties, or delivery charges. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, in accordance with applicable laws.
Products are invoiced based on the prices listed on the site at the time your order is confirmed.
Many products are imported from outside the EU at the customer’s request; therefore, displayed prices exclude VAT, import taxes, and customs duties unless otherwise specified. Customers purchasing these products act as importers and are responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties.
Tax Payments
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying VAT and import duties when your order clears customs. These charges are your responsibility, and we do not refund any taxes paid.
For shipments outside the EU or to overseas territories, invoices are calculated excluding taxes. Customs duties, local taxes, import taxes, or government fees may apply. These charges are beyond our control and remain your responsibility (including declarations and payments to authorities). Please check with your local authorities for more information.
Prices include any discounts applied. We reserve the right to change prices and payment terms at any time but will invoice products based on the prices and conditions in effect when your order was placed. Full payment is required when you place your order.
We will not dispatch your order until full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods are credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). Payments are final once funds are received in full.
We do not cover any transaction fees associated with payments.

Invoices are sent electronically or included with your delivery.
Late Payments
If payment is late, interest will be charged at the current legal rate. Late payment penalties apply automatically from the due date shown on the invoice, without prior notice.
Any unpaid amount will incur an additional penalty of 20% of the total due. We also reserve the right to charge you for any bank fees related to payment collection.
We may suspend future deliveries if payment obligations are not met.
Retention of Title
Products remain our property until full payment is received, including any additional charges. However, the risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Delivery – Transport – Receipt
We offer worldwide delivery. Free delivery is subject to the terms of our carriers. Products are packaged according to current transport standards to ensure they are well protected during transit.
When returning products, you must follow the same packaging standards. Delivery times are provided at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and start from the moment full payment is received. You can track your order online or by contacting our customer service team.
Any delays or issues with delivery must be reported promptly by email. Our delivery obligation is fulfilled once the package is handed over to the carrier, and we are not responsible for any errors or negligence by the carrier.
Events beyond our control, such as strikes, floods, fires, epidemics, or other exceptional circumstances that prevent or delay delivery, exempt us from delivery obligations.
Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, please check your order carefully and note any issues clearly on the delivery receipt. If you find damaged goods or missing items, you must email us within 8 days with sufficient evidence.
After this period, deliveries not reported as problematic are considered accepted, and no further claims can be made.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, you must refuse it and clearly note detailed observations on the delivery slip, sign it, and take photos if necessary. If you accept the delivery without reservations, it will be considered accepted as is. Please notify us by email, but note this does not oblige us to any action.
Right of Withdrawal
Under consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving a product to withdraw without giving a reason, with only the return shipping costs to cover. If this period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day. Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal due to their nature.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email support@getcelyssia.com within 14 days of receipt using the withdrawal form provided.
Return of Products
Returns are at your expense and items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Hygiene-sensitive products must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.
Refund
Once your withdrawal request is accepted, refunds will be issued promptly—within 14 days at most—using your original payment method.

We comply with GDPR and data protection laws to ensure your confidentiality. Personal data collected during your order is stored for 3 years. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data by emailing support@getcelyssia.com , including proof of identity.

Liability
We are not responsible for misuse of our products and are released from obligations in cases of force majeure.
